Women's Fragrance Niche: Scaling a Brand with Creative Content

Problem/Challenge: A women's fragrance brand was struggling to scale quickly because they didn't have a creative team and lacked direction.

Solution: The brand hired me, a creative strategist and UGC creator, to source and manage a team of over 150 creators in the first couple months. 

I also created systems and SOPs for creators and the brand, including contracts, email communication, performance software (Motion), and project management tools (Notion).

Additionally, I created an affiliate offer for creators to increase organic awareness and incorporated different formats in paid ads.

Results: The brand saw an increase in organic awareness, customers, sales. Also driving more sales with concepts that reached above benchmark performance metrics for ROAS, CTR, Hold Rates, and TSR, among other performance metrics.
